The Original Michael Cleary Band lineup featuring Michael Cleary, Tony
Scaringella, Ed Corvo and John Corvo will reunite for a
tribute/benefit concert for our friend Drew Glackin who passed away
recently.
Many of us knew Drew from his days in Hartford with the Monster Band
and Mr. Right. Over the past 15 or so years he had been traveling the
world making music with many great bands including The
Silos,Tandy,Crash Test Dummies,Susan Tedeschi,Graham Parker,Chris
Mills,Jack Grace Band,The Hold Steady,Down to Earth Approach,Grainne
Ryan,A Don Piper Situation,David Roland,Mary McBride,Willard Grant
Conspiracy,Tom Freund,John P. Strohm and many more.
This Sunday several of his bands and friends from Hartford and New
York will play at Sweet Janes on Pratt St. in Hartford.
MCB goes on at approximately 5:20 PM
